Learn and Experience Martial Arts Training
With Breathing, Stretching, Meditation and Mindfulness
Using our specially designed methodology your teams will learn how to become laser focused and resourceful as we challenge the status quo, and provide them with the tools to level up physically and mentally.
Over 10 weeks with the use of The Martial Mindset App we combine online training modules, virtual group training sessions, one on one live Zoom support and finishes in a live workshop that brings everything together and allows for ongoing support.

Your employees will be able to keep their mind sharp and strong. Incorporating meditation, they will be able to de-stress and wind down working from home or in the office.
Martial Arts

We structure our training program to take your employees through a physical and mental transformation.
We start with showing you the basics of martial arts and movement, with an emphasis on correct technique and getting your body mobile.
The program is designed to take everyone through the very fundamentals, and get their bodies moving and active.
A typical workout will include a warm up, stretching and mobility exercises, full body boxing / kickboxing workouts and self defence, with a meditation warm down to finish.
